Each pack contains one design repeated in your selected format. For one pack, leave the product’s regular Quantity box at 1. Pack quantities do not combine automatically for a higher discount tier.

Choose the finished size and piece count that suit your activity. A larger puzzle with fewer pieces works differently from a smaller puzzle with more pieces.

Delivery and custom design work are quoted separately. Different names or photos on individual puzzles require a separate quote.
How to order
- Choose your format: Select the puzzle size, piece count and quantity.
- Share your idea: For online orders, email your artwork, logo or educational content to puzzlers.jo@outlook.com with your order number and organization name. For quoted orders, share these details when requesting your quote.
- Review your quote and proof: Basic artwork placement and a digital proof are included. Approve the design before production.
- Confirm your order: Online pack orders are paid in full at checkout. For orders arranged by quote, a 50% deposit confirms the order, with the balance due before dispatch. Confirm availability before ordering for a fixed event date.
