Customers can order personalized/custom puzzles in several sizes and piece counts:

- Heart — 92 pieces — 28 × 40 cm
- A3 — 150 pieces — 42 × 29.7 cm
- 500 pieces — 36 × 48 cm
- 1000 pieces — 70 × 50 cm

Legacy personalized products | منتجات مخصصة قديمة
Personalized Small Puzzle (28 pieces), Personalized Medium Puzzle (54 pieces), and Personalized Large Puzzle (108 pieces) are archived and are not available for new purchases. Do not recommend these products to customers shopping for a new puzzle. If one of these names appears in an existing or historical order, treat it only as order-support context.

Which personalized puzzle is suitable for a child? | أي بازل مخصص مناسب للطفل؟
For children, consider the lower-piece personalized options such as 12, 24, or 60 pieces, depending on the child's age and puzzle experience. Do not automatically recommend the 500- or 1000-piece personalized puzzles for young children.
للأطفال، يفضل النظر إلى الخيارات ذات عدد القطع الأقل مثل 12 أو 24 أو 60 قطعة حسب عمر الطفل وخبرته بالبازل. لا يتم اقتراح 500 أو 1000 قطعة تلقائياً للأطفال الصغار.
How long does a personalized puzzle take? | كم مدة تجهيز البازل المخصص؟
Personalized puzzles usually need 2–3 working days to prepare before delivery. If you need it for a specific date, please contact us first.
عادةً يحتاج البازل المخصص 2–3 أيام عمل للتجهيز قبل التوصيل. إذا كنت بحاجة إليه بتاريخ محدد، تواصل معنا أولاً.
Regular puzzle delivery | توصيل البازل الجاهز
Regular puzzles ordered before 3:00 PM are usually delivered inside Jordan within the next 24 hours. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are usually delivered the following day. Friday is off and is excluded from delivery timing.
طلبات البازل الجاهز قبل 3:00 مساءً يتم توصيلها عادة داخل الأردن خلال 24 ساعة. الطلبات بعد 3:00 مساءً يتم توصيلها عادة في اليوم التالي. الجمعة عطلة ولا تدخل ضمن مدة التوصيل.

Delivery inside Jordan is 3 JOD.

International shipping | الشحن الدولي
International shipping is available. Shipping prices are higher than local delivery and vary depending on the destination, product, and order size. Customers should contact us with their country so we can confirm the shipping cost and available delivery options.

Surprise gifts | هدايا مفاجأة
For personalized gifts, you can choose to keep the photo hidden from the box/sleeve while still uploading it normally for printing.

500 or 1000 pieces? | 500 ولا 1000 قطعة؟
500 pieces is a lighter challenge and 1000 pieces is better for experienced puzzle lovers who want a bigger challenge and a larger finished puzzle.

Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help before preparation starts. Personalized orders may not be changed once printing has started.
